My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff are truly exceptional – always kind, respectful, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality and professional behavior made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really makes it special is the amazing team who work here. They created such a positive atmosphere and made my experience unforgettable. I sincerely thank the entire staff for their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding hospitality.

This is one of the best hotle that I live during my stay in Yerevan, The Manager Nairi very respectful, he answer us within the same day of booking, he was supportive with our requests of late check out, other staff are so kind, smiling and helpful, breakfast food was perfect and kitchen services was also prefect and staff are very good as well, they even happy to serve you with additional food or drinks if you don’t like the Buffet…… the room was big and good, also the dinner in resturant was testy and nice

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great—the staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and I truly loved my experience. However, if you’re planning to stay here, make sure to check the room details carefully. Some rooms don’t have windows, and staying in one can feel quite suffocating. Other than that, highly recommended!

I first and formost appreciate how kind the staff were, they spoke perfect English and were really helpful. The hotel was very clean and the service in general was good. The location was ok, 30 minutes from the main city in Yerevan which is like 3000k amd on Yandex.

We got a new room due view to a wall and roof. Next very good. Bought as town view. Very good pool area inside. Good air condition. Nice staff, doing their best, mostly understanding english. Much space everywhere.

Our stay in Yerevan, Armenia, was truly incredible! The room (hello from 402!) was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
